It has ARRIVED!
The reply from the Math department has arrived. On an earlier email, I enquried if I am able to be left out from the current changes of the program structure. The difference requires me to undertake another upper level course in order to graduate. Anyway, i jus paste the email my Math EA sent to me. He is e man! A Fighter .. jus like me..

Lyson,
Yes the structure has changed and you should follow the rules as now on our
web if at all possible. If you do not meet these rules I cannot guarantee
that you will get the double major, only a Stats major and Maths minor.
The Science Office refused to officially recognise our earlier advice to
students and I have to fight for each student individually.
With MATH2810 disappearing it made sense to change the rules completely.
The new rules are 18uoc in Maths level 3 and MATH3801, 3811, 3821
and MATH2011, 2501, 2801, 2831, 2120, 2520 in year 2 plus MATH2060.
These are accepted by the Science Office.
I will have trouble getting MATH2871 counted instead of a level 3 course so
you should take one more level 3 Maths rather than say PSYC or ECON.
You also still need MATH2120. (I checked your 2006 enrolment.)
